Tatum Shantz

Registered Massage Therapist

Tatum Shantz is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and Red Cross First Responder with a strong background in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement-based care. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, along with a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology.
Tatum currently works as an Athletic Therapist with the Ajax-Pickering Raiders U18AAA and Central York Junior Panthers during the winter season, and with the Mimico Mountaineers Jr. B in the spring. Alongside her work in sport, she enjoys treating individuals of all ages and activity levels recovering from a wide range of injuries and conditions.

Tatum’s practice is individualized and guided by ongoing communication and education. Her treatment philosophy centers on the belief that movement is medicine, combining hands-on manual therapy with customized exercise programs to support long-term health and performance. Her goal is to help each client move better, feel better, and stay active.

Outside of the clinic, Tatum stays active through hockey, strength training, and riding her motorcycle. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
