Pure. Natural. Heat. Infrared Sauna.

Our medical infrared sauna builds a low temperature infrared sauna that operates ideally between 27-44C (80-120F). At this range you don't raise your core body temperature as much, can stay inside longer and sweat more without needing a recovery period afterward due to overheating. IFR works by how long your body absorbs the heat, not by how super heated the air is. The max temperature in our medical infrared sauna is 130F/55C. 

All of our products are toxin-free. We never use plywood, laminates with glue or the composite carbon fibre plastic heaters. Our sauna is built the old fashioned way without chemical adhesive, using only solid planks of non-allergenic Basswood, tongue and groove construction.
