Nigel Kamal

Nigel is a Registered Massage Therapist who has graduated from Centennial College in Fitness & Health Promotion and the Massage Therapy Program. During his college career he competed on the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team and received recognition from the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association for Academic Honours.

Nigel has always considered himself a multi-sport athlete but nothing compares to his passion for soccer. He began playing at the age of four - progressing each year to some of the highest levels in the province. This was great exposure to many learning opportunities as he was always fascinated by the rehabilitation and training aspects of being an athlete. His extensive background in sports and passion for therapy are what drive him to help those looking to get to their next level or simply back to doing what they love most.

In his free time, you can find Nigel playing different sports, watching basketball or hanging out with his dogs!
