WHAT IS STRENGTH TRAINING?

Strength training, also known as weight training, involves using resistance to challenge the muscles
to stimulate their growth and development.
Research shows building lean muscle mass boosts your metabolism, which in turn promotes caloric
expenditure even at rest.
