Nathan Ho
Youth Athlete Personal Trainer
Nathan Ho (BSc, CSCS, CPT) graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds credentials as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT). He has been working with a growing portfolio of clients from diverse backgrounds, workstyles, and needs—ranging from post-surgery rehabilitation patients and clinical populations to recreational individuals and elite athletes—to overcome physical barriers and achieve their personal health objectives
Having spent years immersed in hockey development and high-performance training across Toronto and Montreal, including coaching with Canlan Sports York, Zero Chill Academy, and Lower Canada College, Nathan brings a well-rounded perspective to physical care. His professional background spans delivering clinical exercise prescriptions and movement-based interventions in clinical settings, supporting professional athletes under Jonathan Chaimberg at Adrenaline Performance Center, and assisting with McGill University varsity athletic programs. His passion for physical health has evolved into a dedicated mission to transform lives through evidence-based rehabilitation, strength training, and sustainable lifestyle coaching.
As a coach, Nathan is intuitive and understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to personalizing recovery and training strategies. He prioritizes individualization and maintains a holistic focus on rebuilding physical resilience, movement efficiency, and long-term function. No matter your level or starting point, Nathan is keen to get to know you, guide your recovery, and drive sustainable results with focused, positive energy.
