Gloria is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach with the International Sports Sciences Association and the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. She has been working with a growing portfolio of clients with different backgrounds, workstyles, needs and goals to overcome barriers to their personal objectives.
Having been a ballerina for 8 years and later a recreational MMA and Olympic weightlifting enthusiast, Gloria has experiences in multiple facets of fitness training and disciplines. Her passion in fitness has since grown into a serious inner calling to transform lives through weightlifting and lifestyle coaching. She loves learning and mastering her craft through continuously working with other highly-respected coaches in the industry to further her education.
As a fitness coach, Gloria is intuitive and understands that there is not a one size fits all approach when it comes to personalizing training strategies; She prioritizes individualization when it comes to training and is holistic in her coaching style. No matter your level, Gloria is keen to get to know you and drive sustainable results. There is one thing that is constant in her approach though - she will bring positive and ass kicking energy to your training sessions!
Outside of the gym, you can find her dabbling in different sports and fitness activities, while also working on her other passion in events planning and management! Connecting people with mutual interests on a personal level is one of her driving motivations.
