Nyah Iayanna Lai-Smith

Nyah graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College with recognition from OCAA Academic Honors from 2019-2022. She has always had passion for sport, but nothing beat her love for basketball. Nyah began playing competitively at the age of eleven and moved on to play at college level. Due to the level of strenuous activities from practices to lifts to games, injuries came along and as a result, she gained an appreciation for certain therapies and exercise. Her background in experiencing various injuries and being exposed to different therapies from an early age has inspired her to want to help people get back to what they love to do.

In her free time – you will find her in the gym, on court, watching basketball, going on long walks and in the kitchen making her favourite treats.
