Dr. James Chiew received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College. He is also a Certified Clinical Acupuncture Provider registered with McMaster University.
Dr. Chiew has treated a variety of acute, chronic, and overuse conditions brought on by sports, exercise, or even daily wear and tear. Dr. Chiew’s approach to treatment relies on orthopedic and functional assessments that combine the most current research, clinical experiences, and patient preference to achieve peak health and function. He integrates joint manipulation, soft tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation and acupuncture to address the cause and source of pain.
Ben is a registered physiotherapist experienced with working with patients of all ages and abilities. He has experience with working with elite athletes (NCAA, OHL, GTHL, National Ballet Dancers, Professional Tennis Players and Professional basketball players). His years of experience has allowed him to treat various conditions ranging from people injured in a motor vehicle accident, repetitive strain
injuries to post-operative patients.
In the past, he has had the privilege to work alongside Team Physicians and Surgeons of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Tennis Canada, Skate Canada and the Toronto Argonauts.
Ben's treatment philosophy is to be evidence lead. His focus is on addressing the cause and not just the symptoms. His focus is on manual techniques and also functional anatomy to provide custom exercise programs.
Dr. Alan Chan graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with honours and furthered his education with Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University.
Dr. Chan is passionate in pain management, biomechanics, ergonomics and optimizing performance and function in the athletic as well as office setting. Having a background in athletic therapy and being a sports enthusiast and high level athlete his whole life, Dr. Chan’s transition into his Chiropractic career has been relatable to the typical patient in managing injuries. He uses various modalities in his treatment regimen including manual soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, Low Level Laser Therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, Shockwave Therapy and orthotic therapy.
Dr. Wenjin Haw obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic and Clinical Acupuncture certification from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. Her passion for chiropractic comes from her history of playing sports and experiencing the benefits chiropractic care can provide for athletes and the everyday person.
Dr. Haw believes in an evidence-informed, multi-disciplinary approach and works to provide individualised treatment plans for patients. Her experience with common musculoskeletal conditions includes neck pain, low back pain, headaches, strain/sprains, repetitive strain injuries, and sport/work-related injuries. She employs a variety of treatment options including soft tissue release, spinal adjustments, acupuncture, active rehabilitation, and custom orthotics.
When she isn’t treating patients in the office, you can find Dr. Haw in the gym weight training, spending time with her family, and cheering on her local Toronto sports teams!

Mark Vilela's in-depth fitness knowledge and former extensive background in retail management enables him to provide clients with a high level of care and understanding, service and results. Mark is passionate about making a difference and solving problems that clients face. He puts an emphasis on self-care in today’s demanding and fast-paced world.
Aside from stretching and training clients, his eyes are currently set on going to the 2024 Olympics for Olympic Weightlifting.
