STORY
THE BEGINNING
Our story and brand is deeply rooted in our community. Metatherapy first opened in 2012, in a 700 square feet facility, where Dr. James Chiew, our Founder, was running a one-person operation - he was the sole practitioner, the operations manager, the accountant.
Nonetheless, each person that came through the doors was treated with the same level of care we provide to this day - an individualized and personal treatment and experience.
THE MIDDLE
Throughout the years, we put our head down and provided the best therapy we could with each patient we treated. We connected with local businesses and community partners. Our small but mighty team went to community events to provide complimentary treatment, to share to the world what rehab should look like.
THE NOW
Today, we have 3 locations in Markham and Richmond Hill and over 25 practitioners that are committed to your health journey.
